Check the status of an order

To find the status of a single order (whether placed on the web or not), you’ll need to know 3 things:
1. Your account name (As it exists in SAP)
2. Your Varian Account # (your 570xxx or 820xxx number) and
3. Your sales order reference number.

To check the status of your order:
Click here to visit the Varian store and click on "Check" under "Order Status."
